EPCALM went out of Dumaguete City for the first time and held the EPCALM Free Clinic at Barangay Okiot, Polo, Bais City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. The event was facilitated and organized by the Cabanag Family. Around 300-400 patients participated in the clinic.
