Anna Carmela Tria Kho, 22 years old, has been recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) last March 16, 2011. Anna Carmela was referred to doctors for evaluation of Pancytopenia, a medical condition in which there is a reduction in the number of red and white blood cells, as well as platelets.
Her physical appearance upon examination revealed marked pallor. No organomegaly (abnormal enlargement of organs) was observed though at the time of the examination. After undergoing tests (i.e. bone marrow aspiration with bone biopsy), she was found to be positive for neoplastic lymphoid cells. Due to this, her doctor advised her to undergo Chemotheraphy.
Anna Carmela, a single mom, has a 1 year old boy. Anna and her son are currently living with her family. Please pray for Anna for strength, guidance and direction during this time of trial for her and her family. She needs your love, care and assurance that God is with her during this time.
Drop her a note or message through this page, she needs all your support.
