Concert King Martin Nievera is a believer that music is a tool for healing as he headlines a fundraising concert on May 9 for patients of leukaemia.
Titled Grace for Life: Healing through Music, the concert will be held at the Luce Auditorium of Silliman University. The Ating Pamana Choral Group, J2 MAD Praise & Worship Band, pianist Alexis V. Pal, and violinist Claire Christine Uchi Gallano are slated to join the OPM artist, while Susan Elizabeth Vista-Suarez is the show’s artistic and musical director.
“Leukaemia comes with a stigma. It is regarded as a death sentence, but it is treatable, and there is help—and hope—for people afflicted with the disease,” said the OPM artist.
